After many years of solid work and hard training, March 13, 2025, marks a historic day for Austrian Snooker and Billiards. Florian Nüßle wins the Q Tour Global Playoff 3 of the WPBSA in Antalya, Turkey, securing his place as a professional on the WST Main Tour for the upcoming two seasons.
With victories over England’s Josh Thomond (5-3) and Iran’s Ehsan Heydari Nezhad (6-3), the reigning 6-Reds European Champion and eight-time Austrian National Champion defeated Estonia’s Andres Petrov 10-3, fulfilling his long-awaited dream of becoming a professional Snooker player.
